Tuna Casserole
A quick and easy (and delicious!) way to serve tuna as a main dish. If you like to go fishing and have frozen Wall-eye, Bluegills, Crappies or another kind of fish in your freezer, thaw the fish out and then bake for 10 minutes in a 400 degre
Add tuna liquid plus enough milk to make 1 cup. Add eggs and olive oil. Mix. Spoon into a loaf pan or casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set in the center. |
