by LeAnn R. Ralph Put the beaten egg, the sugar and the chopped dates into a frying pan and cook for several minutes until the mixture "leaves the pan" (i.e. is thick and sticky). Add: 1 cup Rice Krispies, 1 cup chopped walnuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Roll into small balls. Then roll in coconut. Store in an airtight container between layers of wax paper. |
